CEO Kyle Stavig, his brothers, and everyone at North Coast Container share the vision of operating an innovative and sustainable company.

In 2007, the Stavig brothers acquired Myers Container and Container Management Services, the fourth generation of the family-owned business dating back to 1917. General Steel Drum of Charlotte, North Carolina was acquired by the Stavigs in February 2011 and. In September 2018, the Stavigs added North Coast Container in Cleveland, Ohio. Following their sustained plan for growth, they acquired Chicago Steel Container in Chicago, Illinois in August 2022. All companies continue to operate independently under its own name and entity.

Collectively, the companies are all brands of Stavig Group.
